- Inspect the existing surface.We review accessible conditions, floor variation, transitions, visible damage, and product requirements before finalizing the preparation scope.
- Define necessary preparation.Grinding high areas, filling low areas, localized repairs, removal, and other corrective work are documented when the conditions call for them.
- Confirm changes clearly.If concealed damage or a materially different condition appears after removal, we pause, explain the finding, and document any scope change before proceeding.
- Install to the agreed plan.Material layout, transitions, trim, and finish details are coordinated around the approved product and prepared surface.
